Rev. Hoyt Robinette is an ordained Spiritualist Minister. His gifts

Spirit Card Circles
Nightly, September 4-8, 2009

One
of Hoyt’s spiritual gifts is called Spirit
Card Writing, a form
of Spirit Precipitation that enables you to receive a material gift
and proof that Spirit is in your life.
At Inspired Events, Hoyt will offer Spirit Card Circles each night, one each evening at 7:30 pm. Doors for the Spirit Card Circle open at 6:30 pm and close promptly at 7:30pm. No walk-ins will be allowed once the doors are closed.
What to Expect: Before the circle séance, Hoyt hands a new pack of plain white 3”x 5” cards to someone in attendance in order to verify they are all blank. He then shows everyone the basket and cover so they can see that there is nothing inside. Next he proceeds to alternate layers of cards and writing utensils inside the basket and puts the lid on. The basket is placed on the table in front of the group. Because there is a cover on the basket, there is no need to turn off the lights.
Those in spirit use the Medium’s ectoplasm to create the writing on the cards. While spirit is working in the basket, Hoyt gives clairvoyant messages until his Spirit Guides tell him the cards are ready.Some who have had a seat near the basket have actually heard the movements in the basket while spirit was creating! When he opens the basket, there is a card for each person in the circle, with signatures from those who are in spirit on one side of the card and a beautiful, unique picture on the other side.
Silk Circle

Hoyt will offer a very special Silk Circle one night only. Doors for the Silk Circle open at 1:00 pm and close promptly at 2:30pm. No walk-ins will be allowed once the doors are closed.
What
to Expect: When
you enter the room, you find a piece of construction paper over each
seat. You're instructed to take a seat and pick up and hold the construction
paper on your lap, making sure your lap is free from any other objects.
Once everyone is seated, Hoyt will pass out the plain white
silks, instructing you to hold the edge of the silk at
the top of the construction paper. You are told to be very still
during the entire reading.
He’ll again go around the room giving messages from spirit in the same manner as the card séance. This time, all the lights are off, and it's completely dark during the message service. Once he's completely gone around the room, and everyone has received a message, he brings around a red light for a quick peek at the silk you are holding.
In just that short hour, the spirits have placed faces on the silk that are either people from your past, a clue to your future, a family member saying hello, or a spirit guide showing you in your own terms his physical appearance.
When he's done showing you, Hoyt will instruct you to roll up the silk in the construction paper and secure it with a rubber band. Furthermore, you're instructed to refrain from opening it for at least 24 hours.
Private Readings
Hoyt will be available on each day for private readings from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, by appointment only. Readings are 30 minutes and cost $85.00.
- Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Before your session, think of a few questions you’d like answered or topics you are seeking guidance about.
- Your session will be recorded and converted to a CD before you leave as a courtesy from Inspired Events of Maryland.
About Hoyt
Hoyt Z. Robinette was born in Tennessee and educated at the University
of
Kentucky, where he earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
Hoyt first became aware of his gifts at the age of thirteen, when the spirit of a very recently departed friend contacted him. It was not until he was twenty-one years old that he met Reverend Bill D. English. Bill would become Hoyt’s friend, teacher and mentor. Hoyt studied with Bill, and began to develop the gifts of Trumpet Mediumship, Spirit Card Writing and Spirit Pictures on Silk.
Hoyt was trained with the Universal Spiritualists Association and was ordained in 1980. Hoyt's ministry has taken him to most of the United States, as well as several foreign countries, where he has had the opportunity not only to witness to the people the great gift that is available to all, but to also allow spirit to speak foreign languages through him.
Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Due to Hoyt’s popularity, all events require prepayment to guarantee your place. Payment must be received two weeks prior to the event. Space is limited so reserve early. Confirmations will be sent once payment is received.
You may pay by cash in person at our facility or by secure, online credit card purchases through the Inspired Events of Maryland website. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks as payment for this event.
- In the event that you must cancel your reservation, contact 443-396-1282 immediately.
- Refunds will be granted only when the reservation is cancelled more than eight (8) days prior to the appointment.
- Your appointment CANNOT be transferred to another person.
- Inspired Events of Maryland will fill the vacated appointment in the event a cancellation occurs.
- Any attempt to transfer your appointment will result in a cancellation.
